1. PRIVATE CONFERENCE HALL
The protocol hall is located on the ground floor of our building, near the main entrance, opposite the reception. The hall capacity is between 15-25 seats in theater format. The protocol hall can be rented at a rate of 800 RON / day. The hall also allows different arrangement options: in T format, classroom type, or round table, at which participants can be seated. The protocol hall can be equipped on request with a video projector, projection screen, flipchart. The hall has a wireless internet connection. The protocol hall is perfect for organizing smaller corporate events such as organizing job interview sessions and workshops, presentations with guests of up to 25 people.
The hall is rented for interview sessions at rates between 300 and 500 RON (depending on the duration of the interviews and their frequency). The protocol room can be rented for 1 hour at a rate of 200 RON.
2. ROYAL BASEMENT CONFERENCE HALL
The Royal basement conference hall is located in the basement of the location, with a capacity of between 30 and 80 seats in theater format. . The price for renting the room is between 1200 – 1500 lei, the final price being offered depending on the service package requested by the client. The room allows several types of guest arrangement such as: U Shape, Theater, Amphitheater, ClassRoom. The Royal Room can be equipped with: projection screen, video projector, flipchart, consumables including a sound system with mobile microphone. Wireless internet connection is available in the room. The Royal Room also benefits from a very elegant lounge bar area where coffee breaks can be organized in excellent conditions for conference participants. For short-term sessions, the Royal Room is rented for between 500-1000 lei (depending on their duration and frequency).
3. ROYAL RESTAURANT GRAND HALL
The Large Hall at Hotel Restaurant Royal is a spacious event hall of approximately 280 m², suitable for weddings, baptisms, parties and other special occasions. The capacity is up to approximately 100–150 people, depending on the arrangement of the tables (round or rectangular). The hall has a dance floor with stage lights, space for bands/music, air conditioning and wireless connection.
The main hall can be rented for between 2000 - 2500 RON/day (depending on duration and frequency)
